Purchasing from DOMO’s Item Mall

 

           DOMO’s Item Mall works differently from the Item Malls in most of Aeria's other titles. Instead of being directly integrated with the game, DOMO uses a web-based Item Mall, located on the Aeria Games website. To access the DOMO item mall, click on the "Item Mall" link in the section link bar on the DOMO website, click the "Game Items" feature graphic on the main page, or just go here. If you are currently in the game, you can press the F12 key to bring up a browser to access the DOMO Item Mall page. Once there, you will arrive at the feature page. To start shopping, please make sure you are logged into your website account.

 

          If you look at the top of the picture below, you will see a menu bar (#1) containing the category tabs our items are divided into. By clicking them you will be directed to:

• Featured Items: Shows featured items from all categories - this section displays new items, hot sellers, and special sales limited in time or quantity!

• Accessories: Accessories groups together almost anything you can wear that's not a costume for your body. Here you can find headgear, masks, and flags of all kinds, to suit any taste!

• Consumables: The consumables section includes all items that are are one-use only. They'll either disappear immediately upon use, or expire after a certain amount of time. Consumables are often sold in stack multiples of five to bring you a better deal.

• Costumes: The costumes section shows all the costumes you need to dress in all the coolest fashions and clothes you can't find anywhere else! You can also find costume mystery chests and costume storage boxes. Be sure to check back often - you never know what will be on our racks!

• Hair Dyes: Not quite satisfied with the six starting hair color options? With a rainbow of over 20 colors to choose from, you might think they're to dye for!

• Misc.: Items not covered by other categories appear in the Miscellaneous section, but these are some of the coolest items: bags that increase your inventory space, Reset Stats and Reset Skills, and teleportation items can all be found here.

• Pets: All pet and pet-related items are included in the pet section, including Pet Tokens, Naming Tags, and the popular Hibernation Boxes!

• Upgrade: Want to take your armor and weapons beyond their natural abilities? Use Armor and Weapon mallets to slot your armor so you can insert powerful Onyxes, and stock up on Upgrade Books to boost the bonus stats of your weapons and armor!

• Checkout: Got everything you need for now? Hit the checkout tab to go directly to the screen where you can purchase what's in your cart. You can choose which server to send your items to, and even which of your characters on a server you'd like to receive them.

 

          The shopping menu (#2) shows all items within a category, along with each item's price in AP and a brief description of each item, along with any other information, such as whether a costume can only be worn by one gender. Hovering your pointer over or double-clicking an item will bring up a more detailed description of it. Each item also has a check box that you can click on to select. Once you have selected all the items that you want off of the current page, you can click on the "Add to Cart" button (#3). The page will also show you your current available Aeria Points balance (#4).

          **Please note: If you want to continue adding items from other categories, you MUST first add the items from the current page into your cart. Also, if you want more than one of an item, you must add each item one at a time.

          Once you have clicked on the "Add to Cart" button, you will be taken to a page that looks similar to this:

          The page will contain a table showing all the items currently in your shopping cart. From here, you have several choices:

1) Click the "continue shopping" button or any one of the other categories in the menu bar to access the various items page again. All the items already in your cart will remain saved, and you will be able to add more items or increase the quantity of an item already in your shopping cart.

2) You can click on the trash can to remove specific items from the shopping cart.

3) Before you finalize your purchase, use the pull-down menu to select the server you'd like to receive your items on, and then the second pull-down menu to choose which character on that server you'd like to receive the items.

4) Click "Purchase" when you are ready to finalize your purchase. Please review your shopping cart carefully before purchasing.

5) To completely remove all items from your shopping cart, click on the "Discard" button.

          

Receiving Items from DOMO’s Item Mall

          Your specified character will receive the purchased items when you next log into the game. A message will appear on the screen indicating which items have been received. You may also go to the Item Mall Handler characters in any of the citites and receive items you have purchased, if you purchased items while you were already logged in.

Please note:

- If your inventory is full, the items will not be given. To receive the items, you need to clear your inventory to make space for the new items and re-login again.

- If you purchased a large quantity of items, they may not finish being received until your next login, so if you have not received all your items, please try logging out and back in before sending in a "Contact Us" form on official website.
