It
was a cool day in Eversun City. A small group of sprites gathered in
the city. The previous day there had been a sale, on crayons. The
sprites shared their crayons. They put them all together in separate
piles, sorted by color. The only color they had yet to sort was brown.
Each Sprite had their own shade, and each held it proudly.
Now, that same day, the pure white
ruby decided to go for a walk. And curious, he decided to see what the
young Sprites were doing. Now, the Sprites had spent the entire day
looking at their crayons, but not coloring. They spotted the small
ruby, and a small male Sprite walked over marked brown on the ruby and
smiled. Almost instantly all the other sprites ran toward the ruby
holding their brand new brown crayons, and colored, colored like they
had never colored before!
Thus the tale of the brown ruby.
